Support for Vidiots

The Eagle Rock Association wholeheartedly supports the Vidiots Foundation’s application for a conditional use permit for the use and sale of alcohol in conjunction with the proposed renovation of the Eagle Theatre at 4884 N. Eagle Rock Boulevard. TERA believes this proposed development is a critical component of the renovation and re-imagining of Eagle Rock Boulevard.

TERA Wins APA Award for Rock the Boulevard

TERA, along with our partners the Office of Councilmember Jose Huizar, Occidental College, the Eagle Rock Neighborhood Council, the Eagle Rock Chamber of Commerce, Deborah Murphy Design + Planning, and SALT Landscape Architects, were given the Award of Excellence for a Grassroots Initiative by the Los Angeles Chapter of the American Planning Association (APA).
